Tell Me No Lies
- Tessa Crawford's world crumbles when the man she plans to marry betrays
her. Yet if she doesn’t marry, she won’t obtain her trust fund and will be
too late to help her younger sister keep her old house, which at the moment
is full of homeless young women who have nowhere else to go. Tessa’s parents
are also counting on her marriage and the business merger that will
accompany it. Only Tessa's wedding can solve the problem, but Tessa can’t
just marry anyone, can she? Gage, the man next door, is willing to help out
in a strictly business sense, but is there any truth to the rumor that he's
an ex-con? Tessa quickly finds herself in over her head. It’s one thing to
trust Gage as a friend and neighbor and quite another to find herself
actually falling for him—especially when he has no intention of becoming
emotionally involved or of passing on his terrible legacy to a family. The
only way out appears to be solving an old murder, though Gage repeatedly
asks her to leave things alone. Is he protecting someone or is he guilty?
Someone wants the truth to remain buried. Is it Gage’s ex-fiancée? Her
brother? Or even Gage’s own sister? There is motive enough to go around. One
thing is sure—if Tessa doesn’t solve the old murder soon, not only could she
lose her chance at love, but she might become killer's next victim. |

Brete travels to Portugal to discover the secrets in her family's past.
Why did her mother flee the country, leaving behind everything she loved,
including Amber's father? At the family villa, she is welcomed with joy,
except by the one man who has captured her heart. The truth she discovers is
far more devastating than she ever expected. Will her own new-found love be
destroyed in the flames? |

When her husband is away for a week, Lindy discovers how capable she
really is. If she can take care of all the household problems herself, and
if a that week can be so peaceful, why should she put up with her husbands
eccentricities? In the following weeks she struggles to become the person
she's always wanted to be, deciding to break free. And yet, maybe that's not
what it she needs after all. Maybe there is a better way. This novel explores
all the reasons a couple should separate, and the many more why they
should fight for the relationship they once treasured above all else. Will
they understand the consequences before it's too late? Humorous, painful,
and perhaps far too true for many couples. In progress. |

My Mormon Woman book. This is a novel I want to write for the national
market about the life of a typical Mormon woman and her friends and family.
It will deal with many sensitive issues. I have been gathering information to use
for years. It is my dream of "The Great Mormon Novel" which I'd like to take
a stab at writing. (Doesn't every LDS author?) I have a good portion
written, but likely won't have time to work on it until next year. |
